Terms of Service

Upon visiting and shopping from our website you accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, please write to us at upahaargifting@gmail.com before using our website.

Product details and Pricing:

  • All products listed on the website are subject to change at any given point in time. Purchase of a product is subject to the availability of the stock.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or suspend any product listed on our website.
  • There may be a slight variation in the product specifications (size, color, etc.) as they are approximate values.
  • The message on the complimentary message card can either be hand-written or printed.
  • The message card is complimentary and the artwork would vary from order to order.
  • Few novelty products like, bottle opener, scrunchies, straws, etc are assorted. Color/size and design may vary from what is shown in the product image.
  • The prices mentioned on the product are inclusive of GST.
  • We reserve the right to change, modify the price of the products listed on the website at any given point in time.
  • In case there is an issue with any particular product, we will facilitate communication with the vendor and take a lead in resolving the issue on a priority.

Order related communications: 

  • After placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email, on your registered email ID within the next 12 hours.
  • We will keep you notified on all the delivery milestones like order confirmation, order dispatch, order out for delivery, and delivered status through email.
  • In case of any issue with tracking the product, the customer is supposed to send an email to upahaargifting@gmail.com along with the Order ID.
  • The customer agrees to receive communication on delivery, order status, offers, and promotions by signing up on this website.

Order Modification/Cancelation:

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase and such an order is subject to confirmation from Uphaar Gifts.
  • In scenarios where we do not have a particular item available with us, we will actively reach out to the customer within the next 24 hours at the provided email address with alternative replacement products. 
  • At any point in time, even after we have shared the order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend the order. In such a scenario, we will inform you about order cancellation and you would be provided with a refund as per our return and refund policy.
  • In case, you would like to modify/cancel an order, you may contact us at upahaargifting@gmail.com. We would respond within the next 48 hours of placing the request. Uphaar Gifts would be able to entertain any such request, only if we have not dispatched the order, else we may not be able to take the cancelation/modification requests and you will be charged for the order.
  • In case of the cancelation of an order by the customer, the customer will be charged a nominal cancellation fee against the order.

Duplicate orders:

  • In case you have placed duplicate orders by mistake, please write to us at upahaargifting@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we will reach out to you within the next 48 hours.
  • In case we identify a duplicate order, we will contact the customer to confirm the same.

Payment terms:

  • Upon placing an order with us, you agree to pay the price of the product listed on the website.
  • The customer is liable to pay all taxes (other than taxes based on our company’s income), fees, duties, charges levied by the government, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services (Taxes) not withheld by Uphaar Gifts.
  • All payments are non-refundable except the cases which have been mentioned in the Term and Conditions. Uphaar Gifts also reserves the right to charge the late fees on all pending payments on a monthly basis as allowed by the applicable law. In such a case, you shall be responsible to pay for the attorney’s fees and any other court costs.
